According to The New York Post, Hadid actually owns two apartments in the complex where she now resides, and she plans to merge them. She paid $3.97 mιllιon for her first apartment, a two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house with a chef’s kitchen, back in 2015.

The second apartment in the building is a townhouse with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a private patio with a fire pit, barbeque, and outdoor refrigerator, and a price tag of $5.82 mιllιon. Hadid acquired the unit in secret in December 2018, according to the Post. Her first apartment does not have two stories, so it must be the one she is showcasing on Instagram.

Hadid gave followers a peek inside her recently refurbished penthouse by posting pictures of her New York abode on Instagram. It’s extraordinary in every way.

Hadid admitted that she “spent all of last year designing and curating my passion project,” and that it was finished right before the Covid-19 ordered lockdown of New York City. After leaving the city, the model moved home with her family on their Pennsylvania farm.

Hadid stated that she is excited to experience the unique spaces that were created with the help of some of her favorite creatives who accepted her ideas and did not designate her as insane.

With elements like decorative skis in the living room, dried and colored pasta in the kitchen, and a marble backsplash, the home beautifully captures Hadid’s uniqueness.

It features artwork by artists such as Austin Weiner and Eamon Harrington and a plethora of patterns and traces of tradition, such as in the farmhouse-style kitchen and hotel spa-style restroom.

One of the strangest aspects of the space is a massive yellow pen that is leaning against the door of the bathroom. The glam room continues the yellow theme with a soft, antique-looking velvet chair and a carpet that is a similar lemon color.

Yolanda Hadid, Yolanda Hadid’s mother, was the optimal design collaborator for Yolanda Hadid. She is the greatest homemaking sounding board I could hope for, according to Hadid, who added that she occasionally referred to her as “crazy.”

Other famous people, including Ruby Rose and Tan France of Queer Eye, were ready to voice their support for Hadid’s design choices despite some notable criticism. But we all advocate showing your distinct identity in your home, just like Hadid does.
